Banana Cake With Coconut Sugar

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup of Oat Bran
  • 1/2 cup of Flax Meal
  • 100ml of Water
  • 130g of Coconut Sugar Empório Nut’s
  • 3 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s
  • Spices to taste (cinnamon, cardamom);
  • 1 tablespoon yeast Powder.
Method of Preparation:

  • Cut one of the bananas into slices or lengthwise and line the shape (already greased with Empório Nut’s Extra Virgin Coconut Oil).
  • Separate, break the eggs and mix with the other bananas, flours, Empório Nut’s coconut sugar and water. Leave the yeast to last.
  • Stir with a spoon evenly until smooth.
  • Pour into shape and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
