Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Bananas
- 1 1/2 cup of Oat Bran
- 1/2 cup of Flax Meal
- 100ml of Water
- 130g of Coconut Sugar Empório Nut’s
- 3 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s
- Spices to taste (cinnamon, cardamom);
- 1 tablespoon yeast Powder.

Method of Preparation:
- Cut one of the bananas into slices or lengthwise and line the shape (already greased with Empório Nut’s Extra Virgin Coconut Oil).
- Separate, break the eggs and mix with the other bananas, flours, Empório Nut’s coconut sugar and water. Leave the yeast to last.
- Stir with a spoon evenly until smooth.
- Pour into shape and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
