Chocolate Cake With Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Wheat Flour
  • 3 cups of Coconut Sugar Empório Nut’s
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 3 tbsp of Cocoa Powder Empório Nut’s
  • ½ cup of Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s
  • 1 tbsp of Baking Powder
Cake Cover:

  • 15 g of Coconut Milk Powder Empório Nut’s dissolved in 150ml of water
  • 1 tbsp of Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s
  • 1 tbsp of Cocoa Powder Empório Nut’s
  • 2 tbsp of Coconut Sugar (optional)
Method of Preparation:

  • Beat the ingredients, except baking powder, in a mixer for 6 minutes
  • Add the baking powder and beat for another minute
  • Take in the preheated oven at 180º for 30 minutes.
  • Cake Cover: Place the ingredients in the pan and mix until it becomes a syrup. Put on top of the cake and enjoy!
