Hake fillet with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chimichurri Vida Gourmet
  • Himalayan Pink Salt Fine Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • 500 grams of Fish fillets
  • Olive Oil
  • Oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Panko Flour
  • 2 Eggs
Sauce:

  • 10 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of Chimichurri/ Vida Gourmet
Method of Preparation:

  • In a container, season the fillets with Himalayan Pink Salt Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet and save
  • In another container, break the eggs and beat until mix
  • Put the cornstarch on a plate
  • Put the Panko flour in another plate
  • Dip the fish in the cornstarch, then the beaten eggs and finally dip at the panko flour
  • Take to fry in hot oil until both sides are golden brown
  • Tip: This dish can be accompanied with a mix of green leaves
