Honey Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Sugar
  • 1 cai of Condensed Milk
  • 1 can of Milk (use the can of condensed milk as a measure)
  • 1 can of Honey Empório do Mel (use the can of condensed milk as a measure)
  • 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder Empório Nut’s
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 4 Eggs
Method of Preparation:

  • Put the sugar in a pudding pan and heat until caramel.
  • Beat all ingredients in a blender and place in the pan.
  • Bake in a medium oven in a double boiler for 40 minutes or until just in point (when sticking a toothpick into the dough, it should come out clean).
  • Unmold after cold and refrigerate until serving.
  • Enjoy your food!
