Light Shrimp Risotto

Ingredients

  • 200g of Shrimp;
  • 200g of Brown Rice;
  • Himalayan Pink Salt with Mix of Herbs – Salt shaker – Empório Nut’s
  • 1 chopped Onion;
  • 1 clove minced Garlic;
  • 1 Egg;
  • 3 tbsp of “Requeijão” Light.
Method of Preparation:

  • Peel and clean the shrimp.
  • Separate the peels and beat in a blender with olive oil and water to make the sauce.
  • In a saucepan sauté the garlic and onion, then add the shrimp and sauté.
  • Reserve.
  • In another pan cook the rice with the shrimp sauce.
  • Season to taste.
  • Add the sauce as the rice dries.
  • At the end add the shrimp.
  • Beat the egg with the “requeijão” and incorporate this mixture in the risotto.
  • Mix well, season with green smell and serve.
  • Enjoy your food!
