Ingredients
- 200g of Shrimp;
- 200g of Brown Rice;
- Himalayan Pink Salt with Mix of Herbs – Salt shaker – Empório Nut’s
- 1 chopped Onion;
- 1 clove minced Garlic;
- 1 Egg;
- 3 tbsp of “Requeijão” Light.

Method of Preparation:
- Peel and clean the shrimp.
- Separate the peels and beat in a blender with olive oil and water to make the sauce.
- In a saucepan sauté the garlic and onion, then add the shrimp and sauté.
- Reserve.
- In another pan cook the rice with the shrimp sauce.
- Season to taste.
- Add the sauce as the rice dries.
- At the end add the shrimp.
- Beat the egg with the “requeijão” and incorporate this mixture in the risotto.
- Mix well, season with green smell and serve.
- Enjoy your food!
