Loin Cubes marinated with Himalayan Pink Salt

Ingredients:

  • 500g of Loin Cubes
  • Himalayan Pink Salt with Fine Herbs 100g Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • Virgin Coconut Oil 200ml Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • Bamboo sticks
Method of Preparation:

  • In a container, place the loin cubes and season with Himalayan Pink Salt with Fine Herbs Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet and wait 10 minutes
