Pork’s knee

Ingredients:

  • Chimichurri 65g Vida Gourmet
  • Virgin Coconut Oil 200ml Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • Himalayan Pink Salt 500g Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • 1 Pork Knee
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 large Onion
  • Fresh Oregano
Method of Preparation:

  • Cut the onion and carrot into cubes.
  • In a container, place the pork knee with 3 tablespoons of Himalayan Pink Salt Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet, 2 tablespoons of Chimichurri Vida Gourmet, 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet and oregano.
  • Wrap all ingredients on the pork knee and seal with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 1h30 with aluminum foil, remove the aluminum and leave for another 30 minutes
