Ingredients:
- Himalayan Pink Salt Empório Nut’s
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s
- 2 medium cloves of Garlic
- Black Pepper Empório Nut’s
- ½ cup of Milk
- Seasoning of Fine Herbs Empório Nut’s
- 1 Medium Pumpkin (Must be pitted, cut in cubes and steamed).

Method of Preparation:
- Mix in the blender the pumpkin, the garlic and other seasonings.
- Mix the pumpkin already beaten in a pan with the milk and the virgin Coconut Oil.
- Bring the mixture to medium heat and stir constantly.
- The tip is to leave the mixture on the stove for at least five minutes or until released from the bottom of the pan.
