Pumpkin Puree with Virgin Coconut Oil

Ingredients:

  • Himalayan Pink Salt Empório Nut’s
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s
  • 2 medium cloves of Garlic
  • Black Pepper Empório Nut’s
  • ½ cup of Milk
  • Seasoning of Fine Herbs Empório Nut’s
  • 1 Medium Pumpkin (Must be pitted, cut in cubes and steamed).
Method of Preparation:

  • Mix in the blender the pumpkin, the garlic and other seasonings.
  • Mix the pumpkin already beaten in a pan with the milk and the virgin Coconut Oil.
  • Bring the mixture to medium heat and stir constantly.
  • The tip is to leave the mixture on the stove for at least five minutes or until released from the bottom of the pan.
  • Turn of the fire. Now it’s time to give your mash a special flavor. Add the seasoning of Fine Herbs as your taste.
