Strawberry Coxinha

Ingredients:

  • White Coconut Flour Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • 1 can of Condensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 sheet of Baking paper
  • 1 Strawberry box
  • 500g of Milk Chocolate
  • Cocoa Powder Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
Method of Preparation:

  • In a saucepan place condensed milk, coconut flour Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet and butter
  • Bring to the heat until you have a point of cream (until it comes off the bottom of the pan)
  • Place in a container and let cool
  • Wash the strawberries and dry one by one with a cloth or paper towel
  • In a container, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 12 minutes (putting an interval of 4 in 4 minutes to dissolve)
  • Wrap the coconut brigadeiro at the strawberry making a coxinha shape with the aid of a fork and then bathe in the melted chocolate
  • Take to dry over the sheet of Baking paper
  • Wrap with Cocoa Powder Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • Enjoy your food!
