Ingredients:
- 40g (1/2 cup) of Cashew Nuts
- 100ml of Virgin Coconut Oil (liquid) Vida Gourmet
- 2 tbps (30ml) of Olive Oil
- 1 tbps Himalayan Pink Salt Vida Gourmet
- 1/2 tbps of Paprika (optional) to add color

Method of Preparation:
- Soak the Cashew for 2 hours
- After time, discard the water and transfer the nuts to the blender
- Add the other ingredients and blend until it forms a smooth and homogeneous cream (beat for 3min or more)
- Transfer to another container and refrigerate for 1h30.
- Yield: 120g
- Enjoy your food!
