Vegan Butter

Ingredients:

  • 40g (1/2 cup) of Cashew Nuts
  • 100ml of Virgin Coconut Oil (liquid) Vida Gourmet
  • 2 tbps (30ml) of Olive Oil
  • 1 tbps Himalayan Pink Salt Vida Gourmet
  • 1/2 tbps of Paprika (optional) to add color
Method of Preparation:

  • Soak the Cashew for 2 hours
  • After time, discard the water and transfer the nuts to the blender
  • Add the other ingredients and blend until it forms a smooth and homogeneous cream (beat for 3min or more)
  • Transfer to another container and refrigerate for 1h30.
  • Yield: 120g
  • Enjoy your food!
