White Fish with Himalayan Pink Salt and Fine Herbs

Ingredients:

  • Himalayan Pink Salt with Lemon and Fine Herbs Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • 500 grams of White fish/span>
  • 200 grams of Leek
  • 1 xícara de Água
  • 4 small onions
  • Olive Oil
Sauce:

  • 10 Blackberries
  • 20 Raspberries
Method of Preparation:

  • Wash the leek and cut into slices
  • Place the fillets on a cutting board and fill with leek roll in the shape of dumplings
  • Place in an ovenproof and add olive oil
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a medium oven
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a medium oven
  • In a frying pan, reduce the red fruit
  • Put half a cup of water and leave on fire until it reduces
  • On a plate, make the assembly by wrapping the small onions around the fish bowl and add the red fruits
  • Tip: Make a rice of your choice and mix fresh peas
