Yogurt Cake with Coconut Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Natural Yogurt (200g)
  • Half cup (tea) of Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • 2 cups of Coconut Sugar Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of Coconut Flour Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
To grease:

  • Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’ss
Method of Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C at medium temperature.
  • Grease a medium central hole cake tin (20 cm in diameter). Reserve.
  • Blend the yogurt, Virgin Coconut Oil Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet, Coconut Sugar Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet and the eggs for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  • Add the Coconut Flour Empório Nut’s/ Vida Gourmet gradually and beat for another 2 minutes.
  • Put the mixture in a bowl, add the baking powder and mix gently from bottom to top, until you get a creamy and homogeneous dough.
  • Put the dough in the reserved cake tin and bake for 45 minutes, or until, when stick a stick in the dough it comes out dry. Unmold after the cake is cold.
